With continuous strategies in place to expand, a position now exists for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team in Victoria’s fastest growing regional city, Geelong.
Your new role
Reporting to a Construction Manager, you will work in partnership with a Project Manager to coordinate the successful delivery of large scale commercial building projects throughout the Geelong and Melbourne West areas. Primarily, you will be responsible for coordinating all site personnel and activities, ensuring OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to, and delivering the project(s) to time, quality and cost objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience successfully delivering end to end Construction projects on-site.
- Previous experience site managing projects up to $100M
- Strong leadership and performance management skills with direct site staff as well as sub-contractors.
- Exposure to multiple commercial construction project types e.g. Aged Care, Health, Education, Retail, and Office.
- Construction trade background
- Construction related Bachelor’s degree would be highly regarded but not necessary
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to hit deadlines whilst delivering quality.
- Current working rights for Victoria, Australia Current driver’s license
