A Site Manager is required for an established Mid Tier Builder, for a $12 million,  industrial new build project in Northern Sydney, which is commencing next month.

• $150 - 160k package
• Northern Sydney site based role
• $12 million industrial project, 12 month program 
• Large footprint with structural and civil associated works
• Established Commercial Builder with 20 years plus trading history, $50 million + T/O
• Reputable and ethical builder 
• Established main contractor with full order book of works
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Immediate role

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Manager with a recognised Principal Commercial Builder 
• Solid construction experience is essential, you will have experience in leading a team and managing past projects over $5 million
• Commercial, government, or industrial experience essential on projects from $5 - 20 million highly sought
• Structures experience is essential - precast, full tilt, planks, multi storey concrete 
• Trade background required, carpentry preferred 
• Previous exposure to handling high specification construction projects
• An excellent understanding of QA standards and requirements
• OH&S Experience
