ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A reputable and growing Builder, based in Sydney's West. Specialists in the construction in medium to high density developments valued between $15M and $40M. This Builder has visions to further grow and diversify their portfolio, securing a steady and diverse pipeline of projects for the next 5 years. With an experienced management team, and established systems and processes, this Builder has been able to secure and maintain a healthy client base.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist with the delivery of a residential development valued at $25M in South-Western Sydney. You will be based on-site, collaborating with the Site team and liaising with various Consultants. You will be provided excellent training, to allow for continual growth and development. As a Senior Contracts Administrator you will work Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday.
DUTIES.
- Prepare scope of works
- Documentation - DA, CC, OC
- Invoicing and progress payments
- Liaise with Consultants and subcontractors
- Manage variations and RFI's
- Read and interpret plans
- Contractor and supplier negotiation
- Cost reporting, scheduling and programming
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 5+ years Contracts Administration experience on developments from $20M
- Tertiary Qualification in a building related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Thorough understanding of building codes and Australian standards
- Solid understanding of the Construction process and lifecycle
