Contracts Manager
Project location -  North Sydney

The role:
A leading Builder/Developer has a need for an experienced Contracts Manager to join its team on large scale mixed use commercial project in North Sydney. You would have worked on projects in excess of $200m+ and be able to  to build strong relationships within the business. The expectation for the Contracts Manager is to be able to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact for the business and its employees. 

Experience:

• You will be a strong Contracts Manager that's able to deliver projects up to $300m
• Excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers alike and be able to manage and build strong relationships
• Have a hands on approach to the project with the ability to look beyond the day to day
• You will know your rates and understand your trades
• You will have excellent negotiating skills and know your costs accurately
• An inspirational forward thinking approach 
• You will be presentable in appearance and have excellent written and verbal communication ability
• You will have a minimum 10 years industry experience either coming from a degree or trade background
