Labourpower Recruitment is currently seeking experienced EFront End Loader Operators for positions based in Western Sydney. The Client is a highly recognised National company that pride itself in the fields of Waste/ Recycling. The role is primarily to operate Plant and equipment for the receipt, process and transport of waste onto the site. They are dayshift hours, great pay and conditions along with a long term career choice.

• 3 years Experience- operating Front End Loaders/Bobcat
• Use of Attachments- Bucket, Grabs, etc
• Experience moving large quantities of stock around a job site
• Ability to Load/Unload other vehicles with Material.
• Similar experience as it is a fast paced environment. Willing to learn new products.
• Sorting of material with Machinery efficiently
• Assisting customers to ensure the correct unloading of waste at the site
• Maintaining effective working relationships with all other team members
• Ensure Machinery and equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with guidelines

To be successful you will;

• Own Transport
• Willing to work Ongoing
• Current VOC or Workcover Tickets
• Be able to Operate Machinery Efficiently and effectively
• Be available to start immediately
• Be confident to work unsupervised
• Be able to work at a fast pace while meeting all WHS regulations
• Current References
• Be Fit and Healthy

These roles are to be filled immediately and will consist mostly of Afternoon and Night shift hours
