Our Client is a company specialising in construction, fitout and management within the hospitality, retail & office building sectors.

Role
Reporting to the director, this role is responsible for calculating and preparing tender submissions associated with delivering a contract. The Estimator is required to evaluate the project and offer the best price that will win the contract without compromising quality, whilst ensuring a profitable return on completion of the project.
You will be working alongside a team of other estimators, preparing your own tenders for several projects at any given time across mostly Retail & Hospitality fitouts for a range of big name clients including the likes of, David Jones, Myer, Witchery, Vodafone and many more.

Requirements:
- Trade qualified or tertiary qualification in either Construction Management, Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
- Understanding of the construction and fitout industry including legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
- Able to read and interpret building plans/drawings.
- Time management skills and able to determine prioritisation of all tenders.
- Red / White Card
