A Site Manager is required for an established Commercial Fit Out and Refurbishment Contractor, for a $10 million commercial refurbishment project in Western Sydney, which is commencing next month.

• $150 - 160k package
• Western Sydney site based role
• $10 million commercial/ community refurbishment, 12 month program 
• Reporting to an Office based PM
• Established Commercial Builder with 15 years plus trading history, $40 million + T/O
• Reputable and ethical builder 
• Established main contractor with full order book of works
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Immediate role

The ideal candidate must require the following skills:

• Experience as a Site Manager with a recognised Principal Commercial Builder on large commercial fit out or refurb projects 
• Solid construction experience is essential, you will have experience in leading a team and managing past projects over $5 million
• IT literacy 
• Knowledge of structures experience advantageous
• Trade background required, carpentry preferred 
• Previous exposure to handling high specification construction projects
• An excellent understanding of QA standards and requirements
• OH&S Experience
