Are you a Tier 1/2 Senior Contract Administrator and interested to relocate to Cairns for a lifestyle change of islands, reef and rainforest for a 6 month contract? 
  
An established, reputable commercial building contractor have instructed us to source a Senior Contract Administrator for a high profile $100m+ 5* luxury hotel development in Cairns. 

We are looking for a driven, energetic, hands on Senior Contract Administrator who has excellent communication and administration skills. You would have previous experience working on major hotel projects ($80m+) and be looking to continue your career on yet another 5* luxury hotel project.
  
As the Senior Contract Administrator you will be responsible for a section of the project which consists of a 3500sqm footprint site, high quality 5* finishes across the 267 rooms, high-end restaurants, pools, health centre and spa over 12 stories. 
 
To be considered for this role you need to satisfy the following minimum criteria:

You MUST have previous experience on new build hotel projects
You MUST have recent commercial building experience on projects $50 - 500m
You MUST have recent experience with Tier 1/2 Contractors
You MUST be prepared to give a commitment to living in Cairns (not FIFO)
You MUST have the right to work in Australia
