We are currently seeking a Joinery Project Manager to join our team.


In this role you will:

  • Take the lead role in the promotion, management and enforcement of on-site safety, including monitoring of site safety, completion of safety administration and a proactive approach to rectification

  • Ensure joinery programmes are followed and regularly updated with short and long term project plans

  • Understand and comply with Euroline business systems.

  • Manage project expenditure and cash-flow to optimise financial outcome, ensure financial processes are followed especially in regard to weekly financial reporting responsibilities

  • Administer the head contract and subcontracts, including progress claims, variation, delay and extension of time claims in a timely manner ensuring full compliance with any head contract time bars and in accordance with the Security of Payments Act.

  • Ensure adequate preparation for project finalisation with a thorough project completion plan. 

  • Manage staff effectively, lead project teams to achieve project and individual goals.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A trade qualification in joinery.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the successful delivery and management of joinery projects from conversion, through construction to handover, finalisation and review

  • Proven track record in managing and motivating project teams to achieve delivery excellence

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Jobpac and Microsoft Project advantageous
