With a key eye for detail and an impressive list of projects under their belt, this private Building Surveying consultancy is looking for an additional member to the team. Working across the Property and Construction industry they offer a range of services across Commercial and Residential work for clients and the public sector. With an in-depth knowledge of Building legislation and their innovative approach they are renowned for exceptional service.
  
Working closely with the Director and close-knit team members you will be offered the opportunity to run your own space and build an uncapped client base. This company look after their staff and reward hard work which is reflected by the long tenure of their team.

You will be proficient in the following:

• Providing BCA compliance assessment reports and collate certification/building permit documentation for projects
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Actively participating and contributing to business development
• Processing projects from fee proposal through to certification/completion
• Managing project files
• Liaising with Councils and Authorities

You will hold a relevant qualification in Building Surveying along with proven experience in the field.  A strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia is essential, as well as a proven ability to build a client base. Strong problem solving skills and computer literacy is a must and you must hold a current Class C driving license.
  
Ideally you will be an excellent communicator and produce highly detailed documentation. You will be knowledgeable and passionate about building certification and assisting your clients.
