Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Our client is an established and highly reputable commercial builder with a great reputation of successfully delivering landmark projects across WA. They are seeking to add a Project Manager with solid recent commercial buildings experience to their team.
 
The Role…
Our client has a dynamic, open and positive culture, and they have recently secured a number of quality projects. Long-term you will be working across a large range of commercial buildings projects from $20M - $40M in value, in the most part spanning health, education, retail, commercial mix-use and government projects. Working in a well-structured and professional team with excellent systems and processes you will have key involvement and control of the project. You will be responsible for overall project delivery, client and sub-contractor management, problem solving, project reporting, scheduling and providing direction to site personnel.
 
Candidate requirements…
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ local commercial construction experience as a PM and working specifically across a broad range of commercial projects with substantial project experience within $20M + projects. 
 
This is a permanent salary position negotiable on experience with a fully maintained company vehicle included. The company is financially stable and reputable builder who look after their staff and sub-contractors.
