We now have a challenging and exciting role for a Project Manager with a good track record to join an established Construction Company in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
• Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff.
• Be responsible for developing the scope of works and project programs
• Manage schedules for all elements of Program delivery
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of the project
• Manage all stakeholders both internal and external
• Provide reporting and risk management processes in line with Company procedures

Qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering or construction field or equivalent
• Ideally Multi-Story and basement experience 
• >$10m project experience
