Victorian Civil Construction Company has ongoing Land Development & General Civil projects across the Western & Northern Suburbs ranging from $10-40m. With a major focus on work life balance and a five day working week Foreman with experience in Sub Divisions, Roads, Drainage, Bulk Earthworks, Pavement get in touch today!

Remuneration is based on experience of course, though you can expect a salary between $95k to $135k + Super + Vehicle if you’re a experienced Foreman.

Foreman Duties:

Run and co-ordinate all site activities
Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions
Manage and drive sub contractors
Maintain & control all on-site records
Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget
Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace
Deliver project on time & to budget

Ideal Background:

VicRoads Experience
Demonstrated history on Small to Medium civil construction projects (for the contractor)
Living in Western Suburbs or Northern Suburbs
