ABOUT THE BUILDER

This up and coming builder completes a range of new build and fitout / refurb work for the State and Local Governments as well as private developers.  They have a mix of Lump Sum and D&C work and operate from the Sunshine Coast through to the Gold Coast.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

They have a new $5mil industrial project that is about to kick off with a 6 month programme.  As a result, they require a Site Foreman / Manager for the duration of the project.  The Site Foreman will manage the day to day site activities and be supported from the office by the PM and CA.  All going well at the end of this project the builder will offer this person a permanent role going forward.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience running all aspects of construction from the civil packages through to hard and soft landscaping at the end of a project is required.  It is preferable that this experience has been gained from completing projects from start to finish but not essential.

A site supervisors licence is required.
