• Contract for 6 months paid hourly - $55 -$70p/h depending on experience

The Project: 
A large $350m Residential development in the Inner West area is coming to completion and this covers 550 units. This will be across 2 towers up to 33 levels.

The Position:
As foreman focusing around the finishing stages will report directly into the Senior Site Manager, focusing initially on finishes element of the project. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the following; 

• Managing site activities
• Reading, understanding and helping deliver construction programme
• Managing OHS and Site Safety 
• Organising and directing various trades and labour personnel
• Reviewing and formatting safe work method statements and job safety analysis.
• Liaising with clients and consultants.
• Maintaining daily records and accounts of construction activities.
• Attending and contributing to Site Meetings 

Candidate Requirements; 

• 1st or 2nd tier-site background working on large construction projects as a Foreman 
• $50M - $400M Project exposure 
• Possessing approx. 5-10 years' experience as a Finishes Foreman
• Carpentry or Formwork background considered 
• Must be Immediately available for Employment 
• Happy to take on a contract role for a 10 Month Period.   
• PAYG or ABN Pty Ltd can be accommodated

Contract for 6 months paid hourly - $55 -$70p/h depending on experience
