Our Client: 
This is a company that genuinely pride themselves on delivering quality projects on time and under budget and we need someone with the ambition, drive and enthusiasm to take on this new Estimator role. They provide high customer service focus in a wide area of residential investment homes and owner occupier homes. Due to growth our client is seeking an experienced Production Estimator to join their highly successful team!
  
The Role:  

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working alongside the Estimating team 
• Planning, procurement, negotiations, supplier relationships, quality control & cost control
• Interpreting architectural drawings and exposure to townhouse projects
• liaison with clients, third party consultants, suppliers and contractors
• Assisting in preparation of progress reports and yearly KPI's

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Must have Experience using Databuild software
• Extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales / Production estimating
• Skilled working as an individual and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
