They have a requirement for a Project Manager with estimating experience to join one of their four delivery teams. Your role will work closely with the Team Leader/ Senior Project Manager and team of site managers, project assistants and contract administrators.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator who has a strong grounding out of University and is looking to take on more responsibility and consequently be more involved in the actual management of a project, with real career prospects for your own personal development.

As the successful candidate, you will have a sound working knowledge of project management & coordination, estimating, developing and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating sub contract tenders. 

Requirements:

• Degree qualified & around 5-6 years relevant experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Great ‘can do’ attitude
