Field Operations Support (FOS desk)

We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Support Specialist, preferably with experience in the Telecommunications industry. 

Outline of Primary Responsibilities: 

• Provide general administrative assistance to the Field Services team

• Handle all daily administrative tasks such as email dropboxes, equipment management and OH&S site folders

• Deal with discreet and sensitive HR and related information

• Undertake various reporting tasks such as time reporting and monitoring of field team requirements

• Administer expenses and ensure correct cost recovery procedures are followed

• Manage the coordination of teams including subcontractor and internal staff

• Handle quote requests and invoice approvals

• Support key projects or tenders as required

• Assist with the organisation and preparation of customer events, internal meetings, senior Ericsson visits and presentations

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Proven experience supporting multiple managers and large teams

• Ability to handle more than one task at a time

• Project administration experience in large, global project environments

• 3-5 years' experience in the telecommunications industry would be highly regarded

• SAP/MUS exposure essential

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
