- Commercial Fit out Projects - up to $10 million
- Salary circa $140k - $180k
- CBD Location
- Responsible for the successful delivery of projects from $1m - $10m
- Use of resources around you e.g. Contract Administrators, Design Managers, Site Managers and Directors
- Oversee and drive programme and project financials
- Key Engagement with various stakeholders
Your Background:
- 5+ years in Commercial Construction as a Project Manager or Jnr PM
- Trade or degree qualified
- Positive attitude and proactive nature
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
