The position
One of Sydney’s busiest and most prestigious builder developer require an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to take control of one of their new high-end apartment development in Bondi Junction.
You will be managing the construction activities on a 60 Units project with very high end finishes.
About you
You are trade or tertiary qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a Site Management level.
You must have experience managing tower crane projects and understand the sequencing required to successfully complete apartment builds.
You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a large scale commercial project.
As a highly effective organiser you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH&S standards are rigorously followed.
