My client are a well reputed, medium sized commercial builder who deliver projects across Government, Education, Health, Aged-Care, Industrial, Retail & Fit-out & Refurbishment across both Private & Public sector clients.

They have a current order book of over $500M made up of projects valued on average $10M - $30M with capability up to $50M. Staff levels are currently at 40 (including site staff) and they are continuing to grow the organisation at a controlled steady pace. They are turning over $100M+ and operate with zero debt. 

The working environment is collaborative -  they believe in open communication and team work between all levels of the organisation. Employees are encouraged to contribute positively to ensure future success of the company. To assist with the flow of information, several systems have been implemented including monthly project meetings with senior management. They will continue to invest in latest technology to ensure they are improving the construction process.
