Our client is a major development and construction group, known for some of the worlds most prestigious developments. The business covers a wide range of works include commercial and retail projects in excess of $100M.

They are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to cover nights on one of their Newcastle sites.

Who, What, Why:

• This developer/builder operates worldwide, specializing in landmark developments that generate high price margins.
• Unrivaled buildability concepts, leading to highly successful low risk project builds.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience on large scale projects as a Site Manager or General Foreman.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 or major Tier 2 Contractor.
• At least 10 years experience as a Site Manager or General Foreman.
• Solid organisation and communication skills.
• Relevant building qualifications.
