Leading Road Construction Company are looking for suitable experienced Foremen with a track record of managing subdivisional works within Melbourne and its surrounding regions.
The successful applicants will have at least 5 years of project management experience in the areas of Subdivisions, Roadwork's, Sewer, Drainage ,Pipework's and Earthworks with a reputable Contractor. You must also have a proven track history of running a whole job site from start to finish safely, on time and within budget. This role requires demonstrated leadership qualities, a positive attitude and keen work ethic.
The ideal candidate will have an OHS construction red/white card and be formally ticketed for Trenching, Civil and Plant Operations. A current First Aid qualification is also desirable. The ability to read plans, to communicate and manage people and work in a team environment with a strong commitment to driving safety systems and positive culture will be very highly regarded.
