ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to a recent contract win building on existing growth, RCR’s Facilities Maintenance Services Division, are looking for experienced Works Supervisors with a multi-disciplined background to oversee and deliver turnkey facilities maintenance services in a range of diversified locations.
Working with new and existing contracts, the Works Supervisors will supervise and coordinate the delivery of programmed and repair maintenance work.
DUTIES
- Ensure compliance with all contracts Key Performance Indicators
- Supervise and manage all project work with the assistance of the Facilities Manager
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept well-informed with work order progress
- Ensure work is completed to the required standard
- Effectively manage labour resource levels and trade staff productivity
- Instigate and attend client meetings to ensure client satisfaction is being maintained
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the training, coordination, support, and supervision of labour and sub-contractors in building or civil engineering discipline.
- Ability to plan, estimate time, material and equipment required and report on job and project progress
- Strong knowledge of building codes
- A trade certificate in a related discipline (Cert IV Building and Construction)
