An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Project Manager who is seeking a long career with one of the region's leading developers. They currently have $300 million worth of projects in hand and the need for a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years project management experience is required.

You will be mentored by Senior Projects Managers who hold extensive $100k + project experience and are industry leaders in their field.
 
As Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all facets of the project including budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk. 
• Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements then preparing scope of work, project resource requirements, cost estimate, budget and cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. 
• Leading project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.  
• Implementing communication plans and project documentation control.
• Tracking progress of the project, reporting status and variances.
• Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring of team members.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be Degree qualified with Bachelor of Construction / Engineering / Architecture.
• Hold a minimum 5 years project management experience
• Have previously worked on a multi-storey project
• Display high level problem solving and creative thinking skills. 
• Be a team player and enjoy promoting a positive working culture.
• Be ambitious
