Our Client are a long established / boutique Construction Management Company who design and project manage upmarket / one off Architectural designed office fitouts and refurbishments in Sydney’s Inner West /Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.
You have probably never heard of them as all their work is referral business from repeat customers.
They do NOT operate on the “Hard dollar” tendering market.
The focus is very much on quality finishes and good customer service.
They have two new projects about to commence in the Sydney Metro area, (Eastern Suburbs / Alexandria / Redfern regions) which are refurbishments and refits of Office and Industrial warehousing conversions. Project value are circa $5m each
Both are upmarket extensive renovations plus first floor additions etc.
To assist with project delivery the now have a need for an experienced project manager with a proven track record of delivering similar projects within time, cost and quality.
Reporting to a Managing Director the person we are looking for will have:
- At least three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding Oral and written communication skills and you will be dealing with the owners directly
- Outstanding safety record.
- Territory qualifications or Trade background considered.
- Checkable references.
- Own Transport.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
