A highly reputable commercial building & maintenance business who have been in the Perth market for over 50 years are currently seeking a Plumbing Supervisor. Their General Manager has been an integral part of the commercial sector for many years and the business has grown substantially in the last 2 years. Having recognized a gap in the market for offering exceptional quality, flexibility, value and service they pride themselves on their repeat client base & longevity in the industry.

With an impressive portfolio of upcoming & completed projects they are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join their team! Reporting into a Maintenance/Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating a number of qualified plumbers across numerous project & ensuring projects are at the highest level of quality and safety.

Your Requirements:

• Must hold a Plumbing Contractors License
• 5 + years in the Perth industry as a Plumber on commercial building & commercial maintenance projects
• Experience managing and coordinate plumbers as a Supervisor & managing concurrent jobs
• Excellent administration skills & strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to build rapport with your team, management & clients
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for high quality finishes
• Exposure to tender preparation and quoting is advantageous but not essential
