Apart from getting a good vibe we will need some essential experienced skill sets:

• Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in this role working in construction of homes in Australia

  • Experienced with computers and Australian construction practices

• Administration

  • Generate purchase orders using the company software

  • Processing of invoices from receipt of subcontractor/supplier to logging into Xero against the project budgets

  • Filing and building on processes and procedures within the business

• Location

  • We are based in Milton Qld so needs to be within a workable distance

• Project Coordinator

  • Prepare project packages to be handed to the construction team

  • Assist with supervisor throughout the construction process

  • Prepare building approval packages and submit to the local council

  • Manage documentation and job folders within the systems in place

  • Manage and use effectively the business software

  • Prepare documentation for issue to site for construction

  •  

• Estimating

  • Visit potential clients with supervisor and producing proposals

  • Communicating between supervisor/architects/clients/trades/suppliers

  • Generate BOM schedules taken off plans

  • RFQ’s from suppliers and subcontractors
