This is an exciting opportunity to join ALAND Developments, a leading multi residential developer as they continue to develop state-of-the-art contemporary residential projects throughout Sydney’s metropolitan growth corridors.

As Finishes Foreman and reporting to the Site Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Finishing the scope of work on a multi-level, high rise residential apartment development
- Management of trades and subcontractors on site
- Overseeing daily site activities ensuring safety and work plans are followed
- Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Approval of subcontractor invoices
- Liaison with the Site Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
- Attending meetings and providing construction updates as required
To be successful you will have:
- Carpentry trade background
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Foreman on a high spec, high rise residential apartment project
- An excellent understanding of finishes with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- WHS / Safety knowledge
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage trades
- Strong knowledge of the Building Code and relevant Australian Standards
- A strong work history
- A desire to stay long-term and develop within the organisation
- Reliable references
