This civil contractor has a position on an award-winning major multidisciplinary civil project in Sydney CBD with a duration of 2 years and is looking for a Civil Supervisor.
We are looking for a Supervisor who has the experience running projects worth over $50m in value. This civil project has a significant earthworks and roads aspect and removal of contaminated waste ideally you will have experience in this area and on a T1 project either resources or major civil.

You should have a proven track record of on-time delivery and run a project to budget. Our client understands the importance of having a strong Superintendent who is a leader of people with high-level interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all stakeholders on a major project.
To be successful in this role you should have;
- An understanding of drawings and technical specifications
- Ability to develop and run a programme with a high-level detailed planning
- Worked with a tier one or tier two civil contractor
- Excellent understanding of OH&S, environment and quality to ensure compliance to project KPIs
You must be able to demonstrate a democratic side and an acute ability to work with a changing program and a long list of stakeholders and client relationships must be formed and nurtured.
