Hermitage Homes is an established and reputable residential building company that specialises in building turnkey house and land products for the investment market. We have been build homes since 1997 all over Melbourne and some regional parts of Victoria.  Our new Display brand has been rapidly growing and is providing beautiful homes for families across Melbourne.  We are a land and Commercial developer with new exciting projects on the go that keep us challenged and energised.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing a team of subcontractors and trades on site
• Improving and focusing on strict build progress
• Maintaining and improving a high quality end product
• Maintaining OH&S, claims, warranty and customer focus

What you need to join this exciting team….

• Supervisor Experience – preferred
• Trade background – essential
• Experience in dealing with contractors/trades
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to ensure all paperwork is submitted as required
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
