OrgMent Talent Solutions is looking for a Client Liaison/ Receptionist to join this relaxed, stable and friendly home building company based in Pakenham. This autonomous role reports to the director while assisting a close-knit team and being the main point of contact for the clientele currently in the build process.
Day to day duties would include:
- Be the friendly front of house
- Liaises and responds to all client queries
- Update databases accordingly
- Apply for appropriate paperwork with various bodies
- Provide customer service to clients throughout the building process
- Collate paperwork for contracts
- Liaising with on-site trades-people
The successful applicant:
- Demonstrate success within a similar client liaison role within the building industry
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and the ability to meet deadlines
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a team and autonomously
