This leading Independent Property Building Consultancy has a national presence and has been a leader in the field for over 20 years. Providing services across Development and Property, their reputation for accurate advice and risk management is reflected in their impressive list of top firm clients.
  
They are now looking for a Senior Associate to oversee work in the Perth office. You will be given full autonomy to make decisions while overseeing client management, lead generation while driving the business profitability. We are also consider experienced Quantity Surveyors that are looking for that next step in their career. This role is Perth based permanent full time.
  
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:

• Manage the business unit, including financial analysis, strategic and operational plans, preparation, monitoring and reporting of budget.
• Liaise with Directors regarding products, services, clients, market opportunities and sales activities.
• Develop and proactively manage key relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Implement and monitor quality and risk management systems.
• Provide strategic and operational advice to the Manager.
• Undertake consulting activities including project

You will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant Property Degree. Also, a strong level of experience in Quantity Surveying on Property projects, ideally a Professional Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and/or other similar bodies.

You will have excellent people management skills and demonstrated experience in technical management across budgeting, forecasting, operations and strategy.  A high knowledge of construction processes, associated building materials and government legislation is a must.
