The Opportunity
With a solid reputation in the local market, our client offer a range of civil infrastructure and construction services, ensuring they continue to be competitive in their offering. This, coupled with their exceptional customer service, has ensured they continue to win a variety of works within South Australia. They are now looking for a Leading Hand / Supervisor to join their business.
The Role

You will have a chance to be exposed to all elements of Site Management, working with the Site Supervisor. Your hands-on nature and willingness to manage projects and staff will ensure you're confident to get stuck into works. Previous experience in Civil Construction is a must, as well as some form of supervisory experience. This organisation is dedicated to fostering their staff and understanding how they can grow long term; we are encouraging applicants looking for longevity and stability to apply. You will be a clear communicator and be comfortable liaising with trades, clients, subcontractors, management, etc. Knowledge of the Adelaide market and current projects will be beneficial.
