We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on major projects in the ACT.
What this job involves:
You'll take total responsibility for the management of smaller projects from start-to-finish, including pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project. You'll assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on larger projects.
You'll assist in establishing and maintaining Health Safety and Environmental systems and take responsibility for areas under your direction.
You'll be responsible for the development of high level concept floorplans for minor space modifications including additional occupancy requirements and offices.
You'll determine the needs, requirements and constraints of the client, and manage the commercial success for the project for both client and JLL, and provide accurate and timely project reporting.

An analytical mind
You'll carry out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically review the design and documentation to minimize risk and maximize outcomes.
You'll produce detailed monthly reports for projects covering safety, environment, program, resources, budgets, risk and profitability
Education and experience
You'll have a degree in a relevant property related discipline and three (3) years' experience; or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of six (6) years, 3 of which must be related to Interior Design, Construction, or Project Management. Proficiency with CAD and the ability to interpret high level BCA are requirements of this role.
Security clearance of NV1 is a minimum.
