We are a long established company having operated for over 40 years specialising in a broad range of pavement design and construction activities based in the Gippsland region.
About the Role
Based from our Moe office, we currently have an opportunity available in our team for an experienced civil construction supervisor to provide leadership and support to our field supervisors as well as operational support to our Company Manager. Commencement ASAP.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide design and technical advice for sealing operations
- Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotes
- Job costing and design
- Manage and support the crew supervisors
- Coordination of plant, labour and materials
- Supervise works in the field when required
- Ensuring safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures
Successful applicants will have
- Previous experience in either civil, bituminous sealing, paving, earth and/or road works
- Ability and confidence to work independently
- Approachable with strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional planning and organising skills
- Concern for accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Current driver’s licence
- OHS Induction Card
