The company:

This High-End Luxury Custom Home Builder specialising in Single & Double storey homes are looking for Site Manager for their high end residential arm to serve projects in inner city.
Established 12 years ago, their head office is based in Western suburb of Melbourne.

The Role:

As a Construction Supervisor, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to final inspection, approvals and the hand-over stage. This can include tasks such as:

Coordinate and manage trades; help to establish a reliable trade base
Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to
Weekly reporting
Trade Qualification – Carpentry

Local experience delivering similar build as a site manager.
