Your new company
Our client is an established principle contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high quality projects and a pipeline of work through to 2018. Focusing on building multi-level apartment buildings and complex retail projects, this company has built a name for themselves over the last 15 years as a builder of choice for many high profile developers and investors. Projects will generally be in the $10m-$80M range - though the business does have the capability to deliver projects in excess of these figures. Due to growth an opportunity now exists for an experienced project manager to join the business.
Your new role
- All client liaison and negotiation, construction programming, planning, budgeting and financial reporting
- Timely delivering of a fast tracked project with a national client
- Delivering projects within building regulations and company standards
- Supported by a contract administrator & site manager
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years local experience in Australia
- Experience delivering projects upwards of $10M
- Tertiary qualified
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
