Your new company
My client is a well-established Commercial Apartments builder whose reputation of delivering large scale Apartments is known throughout the Tier 2 Sector. Due to a long list of future projects in the pipeline, they are looking for a Site Foreman to join the growing team to work on up and coming projects based in Elsternwick
Your new role
- Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame.
- You will effectively report and work alongside the Site Manager to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- You will co-ordinate sub-contractors suitably to ensure that key milestones within the project are hit.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in delivering Apartment/Residential projects as a Site Foreman in Australia.
- A tertiary degree or trade qualification relevant to construction.
- The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
- A team player mentality.
- Experience on Apartment projects to the value of $20M.
- Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
