This award-winning company has been building the ultimate in luxury homes to satisfied Victorians for over two decades. They have continued to lead the way in quality and design whilst providing a customer service, unparalleled to their competitors. They specialise in $2M to $10M high-end homes and boutique apartment projects. 19 of their team of 24 have been with the company for at least two years - amazing! 

They are now seeking an experienced high-end Project Manager to join their team.

The role will see you:

• Oversee 1 to 2 projects at a time
• Ensuring all project objectives are met including project scope, procurement, cost control, programme management, safety, quality control, risk management and also internal & external communications.
• Complete contract administration management
• Preparing high quality project documentation and regular status reporting.

Essential to being considered for this role is your strong experience in the high-end residential market. Confidence with projects $2m+ is key. You will be a team player who isn't afraid to wear many hats. It is crucial that you can communicate effectively in all forms and are as detailed as they come.
