Commercial Site Manager required for Northern NSW project
Your new company
This highly regarded tier one construction company is one of Australia's largest and most successful in the industry. This builder has been delivering projects for over 50 years and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager for a northern NSW project.
Your new role
In your new role you will be required to oversee every aspect of the project ensuring tight/non negotiable time frames are met. You will be responsible for programming, managing safety requirements and ensuring these requirements are adhered to. The first project you will be assigned to is a $15M Education project in northern NSW.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application you will have prior experience as a Site Manager running commercial projects between $15-$80M. Ideally you will be a carpenter by trade and hold a current supervisors license. You will be competent and confident in your ability to motivate and drive the team forward to achieve company objectives. You must be able to demonstrate strong references from previous projects.
