The Role
With the recent award of several projects, a fresh opportunity for a Project Manager has opened. This is a permanent position that is being offered - not just for the duration of a project. You will manage all facets of construction from financial, commercial, contractual, program, and procurement including driving quality and safety its client have come to expect. This role is autonomous as the culture within the business allows you to make decisions and not be micro-managed by senior management.
The Requirements
Ideally you will hold either a degree in Construction Management or similar, have at least 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager delivering a variety of commercial building projects in excess of $15m value.
Above all you will have sound commercial and contractual skills and have a desire to play an integral part in growth and development moving forward.
