Our client is a stable and growing Project Home Builder who are based at the Western Suburbs and currently building around 150 Homes per year. 


Job description
An opportunity has become available for a Construction Manager to join this already successful team and play a key role in assisting with the growth of this company. You will have complete authority to lead and manage the Construction team and ensure business goals are met. Reporting directly to the MD, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• Managing 6 direct reports including Supervisors, Team leaders and Co-ordinators
• Overseeing projects from commencement to completion
• Reviewing budget blowouts and dealing with them accordingly
• Ensuring everyone on site adheres to strict OHS procedures and guidelines
• Assisting with planning and forecasting
• Ensuring customer satisfaction during the construction period

Your Profile
To be successful you will need to have 5 - 10 years Construction Management experience within the Project Home sector. You will also need to have outstanding communication and leadership skills and have a diplomatic approach to dealing with Supervisors and other stakeholders. Your flexible approach and demonstrated ability to solve complex issues in a calm manner will set you apart. All applicants must have  a current NSW Builders Licence to be considered for this role.
