Building Supervisor
An experienced Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor is required to start asap. You will be building a range of project homes. You will be reporting in to the Construction Manager and be in charge of anything between 15 to 20 homes at any one time in the Northwest or South West areas. Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supervision of subcontractors.
- Maintaining OH+S requirements are adhered to on site.
- Quality assurance on site.
- Daily reporting to the Construction Manager.
- Maintaining material orders for site.
- Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
What we are looking for?
To be considered for this role you MUST have had a minimum of 3-4 years experience of working for a Project Home builder within Australia in a Site Supervisors role. You MUST also have either a clerk of works license or a Supervisors License. You will have come from a trade background (preferably carpentry). You will be extremely passionate about the home building industry and have the ability to supervise 15-20 project home builds at any one time. We are looking for a natural leader and this will show in the way you present and conduct yourself. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as a very high attention to detail.
