The key roles & responsibilities for this position include:

• Management of all project personnel - Contract Administrator's, Site Foremen, OH&S Reps, Labourers etc.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure project goals are met (design, construction, completion times etc)
• Monitor and control project budget, P&L, cash flow forecasting, management of claims, settlement of subcontractor accounts etc.
• Control procurement - selection of potential subcontractors, contractual negotiations and agrement's

The ideal candidate must have degree qualifications in Building / Construction, along with 5+ years relevant industry experience to be suitable for this role. It is expected that you have experience having built projects above $15mil.
