Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the support person to our established team with duties varied including though not limited to ensuring the Fascia, Gutter and Roofing projects are scheduled, ordered and installed as specified by customers and in accordance with Legislation and Standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Allocate and coordinate metal roof projects;
  • Liaise with contractors, clients and staff to arrange the installation of products as requested;
  • Maintenance of the company Customer Relationship Management;
  • Develop relationships with customers to generate repeat business and loyalty;
  • Identify and implement any opportunities to improve the process, offering options so that the business remains sustainable;
  • Schedule metal roofing/flashing activities to optimize cost and efficiency;
  • Prepare for metal roof/flashing activities to ensure that all resources are planned, scheduled and allocated for execution;
  • Undertake work planning to ensure metal roof/flashing work task execution can be performed safely, efficiently and effectively;l
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls;
  • Ensure dispatched work orders are accurately maintained to completion;
  • Assist with services and maintenance scheduling;
  • Liaise with suppliers; and
  • Maintain schedule and planning records.
  • Assist with general office duties as required 

Position requirements:

  • Experience in metal roofing [highly regarded].
  • Construction background [preferable].
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team player.
