About the Company:
This builder has been operating in Victoria for 5 years and have successfully delivered a number high-end apartment builds up to $10mill. The have a number of repeat clients that come back to them time and time again and have a solid pipeline of work secured.
   
About the Responsibilities:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontract
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

About you:
To be successful is this role you will need to have a proven track record working on commercial builds up to $10 Mill, preferably apartments builds but not essential. Exposure to the full project life-cycle will be looked upon favourably and the ability to hit the ground running and slot into the team is key. Experience working with Cheops is also preferred.
