Civil Supervisor / Foreman
Work for this highly successful civil engineering company. Due to being awarded a number of key projects they are now looking to recruit a civil foreman / supervisor to work on a project in the Sydney region.
The ideal candidate will need strong experience working on civil projects and also experience working on sub stations, water, sub divisions and roads projects
The civil supervisor role will involve:
• Managing plant and labour in site and also manage sub-contractors
• Attend site meetings and progress reporting
• Ensuring safety and environmental compliance
• Following process and procedures in line with clients compliance
• Liaise closely with the client and other key stakeholders on site
• Managing sub-contractors and labour on site
• Provide leadership on site through positive communication
• Liaise with the project manager ensuring the project runs to schedule and budget
The requirements for this civil supervisor role include:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Need to have worked on civil utilities contracts
• Strong on safety
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Strong focus on safety with experience working with live plant
• Need telco industry experience and proven track record in delivery of civil projects
