Our Client is a leading Consultancy providing project management, design and advisory services to building, property and infrastructure clients across Australia.
  
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing an office fitout based in Port Macquarie for a corporate government client. The role will require you to travel away from home for 2-4 days per week so flexibility is a must.
  
As a Senior Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Design - Consultant Coordination, Design Management
• Reporting - Cost Reports, Progress Reports
• Cost Management - Cost Plans, budget management and contract administration 
• Construction Delivery - Overseeing the head contractor during construction stages of the project

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will be expected to have:

• 5 + years of Project Management experience
• Prior experience with commercial fitout / refurb experience
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a similar consulting or building environment 
• Open to travelling away from home 2-4 days per week
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
