About the business and the role

BCG Demolition & Asbestos Removal is an established and dynamic company based in Yatala, working throughout Qld and northern NSW.  We are seeking an experienced Hooklift Truck Operator with HR licence and a positive 'can do' attitude.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Multiple waste bin pick-ups and drop-offs
• Securing loads
• Visiting landfill sites to tip
• High level of respect for machinery
• High regard for safety
• Willing and able to complete paperwork 
• Positive disposition and well presented
• Excellent communication skills and ability to conform to shifting priorities
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously including the ability to work unsupervised
• Some night work may be required at times 
• Excavator/bobcat tickets would be advantageous but not a necessity

Skills and experience

• Construction industry Blue/White Card
• Clean driving record
• At least 5 years' truck driving experience
• Must have own reliable transport to our yard

In this role you need to be self motivated and possess self management skills.
